A: Yes! We can help you select the right kind of flooring for your specific situation.
Q: How can I learn more about the flooring options that are available?
A: You can check our Products page and look at the manufacturers web sites. You can click on the Flooring University
link on the bottom right of the page. You can call or drop by our store
to discuss what is available. If you hear of some flooring or see some
flooring that is not listed, mention it to us. In many cases we can get
it for you.
Q: Do you only have carpets?
A: We have all kinds of flooring! If you walk on it, we sell and install it. See the Products page for a list of some of the products we sell.
Q: I work during the week, are you open after work hours?

Q: Do you do carpet cleaning?
A: No. But we can help you find a reputable carpet cleaning firm in the area that does.
Q: I
would like a new floor but my existing floor is such a mess I am not
sure you could ever put a new floor in that would look any good. Can
you help?
A: Yes!
We can rip up your existing floor and lay new plywood to create a new
smooth base for a new floor. If repairs are needed beyond what we can
do, we can refer you to a local contractor.
Q: How do I know you do quality work?
A: We
have been in business locally for 25 years. We have grown due to our

Q: I need a new floor now but I don't have all the money in hand can you help?
A: Yes! We take Mastercard, VISA, Discover and also offer financing to qualified buyers.
Q: What towns do you service?
A: Our primary service area includes Ayer, Devens, Groton, Littleton, Pepperell, Shirley and Townsend. However, in general, we will service locations within an hour of our store in Ayer, MA.
